Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day to ensure a successful first delivery attempt.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom etched or hand-painted bottles, please allow 7-10 business days for production before the item is handed off to the carrier.

Which states do you currently ship to?

Due to state-specific alcohol regulations, we can only ship to select states. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for the most up-to-date list of eligible locations. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy for wine products?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on wine. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Can I customize a bottle for a special event?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom deep-etched and hand-painted bottles. You can choose from our existing templates or contact our team for bulk corporate orders and personalized designs.

How should I store my Mano's Wine bottles?

To maintain the quality of the wine, bottles should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. While our etched bottles are works of art, the wine inside is premium quality and should be kept at a consistent temperature.
